Halloween Costumes Make Frugal Fun

If you have a Target, Walmart, or Walgreen’s near you, check the Halloween clearance aisles. We picked up fairy, ninja, policeman and doctor costumes for a few dollars each and put them in the dress up bin. The kids get hours of fun from the costumes throughout the year and they really hold up just as well as the official dress up clothes that the stores sell in the toy aisles year round.
