Our New Friend Comes From Thailand to Stay With Us

Have you ever seen the full size Blythe dolls that cost a few hundred dollars? We looked at them, thought they looked fun and then decided there was no way we were spending what amounts to a car payment on a doll! Then, the other day, I was checking auctions on eBay and saw a knock off doll from Thailand called the Blybe doll. She’s ever so cute and we’ve been waiting and waiting for her to arrive.
Oh, a package from Thailand. Could it be?
Even the post mark is exciting.
Oh, it looks like we have accessories. What a cute change purse!
Here she is, all dressed and ready to play!
We’re so pleased to finally have her here. She may not have hair that is quite as nice as the Blythe dolls, but she’ll do just fine for us. I think our favorite thing is the way we can pull the cord in the back of her head and have her eyes change color. The orange eyes are downright creepy, though!
