CBS and Medium Stars Continue to Promote Season 6

Someone pinch me. Ow! I didn’t mean literally. But seriously, did you ever imagine that Medium would go from the poor stepchild of NBC to the darling child of CBS? Every issue of TV Guide I pick up has Medium in it. Everyone who is anyone is talking about the show. Patricia Arquette is presenting major awards! (And for those of you who are flat chested, let me assure you – they don’t make those dresses for well endowed women. It is almost impossible for her to find a dress that doesn’t highlight her chest without going for a style that has a Victorian ruff!)

Anyway, I open the September 28th issue of TV Guide and see a picture of Patricia Arquette and Jake Weber on the Inbox page. Yup. Right beside a photo advertising The Vampire Diaries recaps is a reminder to check out PaleyFest videos with their faces smiling back at me!

I’m thinking my life is complete until I get to pages 16 and 17. There, I see a nice shot of Jake Weber and Patricia Arquette again, along with a blurb about their new haircuts.

Ah, can it get any better? Why, yes. Yes, it could. For example, we could have a CBS forum just for Medium and Twitter and Facebook pages! Wouldn’t that be nice? Oh, wait. We’ve got them!!! You can follow the show on Twitter at @Medium_CBS.

Ooh, have you seen the promo for Medium Season 6 on CBS yet? It looks really good. I’m loving Sofia Vassilieva’s cute haircut and now Patricia Arquette has one to match. I wonder if Ariel will still have long hair this season or if she’ll cut her hair to show support for her mom after the operation? It would make a nice storyline and would let Sofia stop wearing that hot wig!

Because of Season 5′s cliffhanger ending that had Allison DuBois in a coma with a shaved head, Patricia Arquette is sporting a new, short do. I think it suits her. It is nice to see some of the Medium gang together, isn’t it?

Oh, and check out her bling. Patricia Arquette and Sofia Vassilieva both have great taste in jewelry!

Ah, Jake Weber. I really don’t need to say any more, right?

Medium Season Six Spoilers and CBS Interview

Another year, another season. Ho hum. Boy, been there, seen that. Isn’t there anything new? Whoa! Medium season six is shaking things up over at CBS!

Ausiello reported some great spoilers and other news that CBS shared during a recent press tour. The most exciting spoiler? There will be a Halloween episode where Allison spends time in scenes from Night of the Living Dead. He also heard that David Arquette is probably coming back to direct another episode.

EOnline had an additional little tidbit of info to share. Patricia Arquette told E she wants Alexis to play a part on Medium this year, too. I bet the writers would have fun with the storyline for that episode!

David Arquette Barred Hunger in a Box

Patricia Arquette’s brother David joined up with Snickers to encourage people to stop hunger. He stayed in a clear box for two days (I think I read somewhere that they were eight hour days, but it is still impressive!) at Madison Square Gardens to help promote the Bar Hunger campaign.

Rosanna Arquette and Patricia Arquette Are Not the Same

I saw a mention of Patricia Arquette being at Stella in my newsfeed, got all excited about seeing her in a fabulous shirt and…Rosanna is the one hanging out at Stella and wearing the fabulous shirt. I really don’t understand why people keep getting them mixed up. They look nothing alike!

Sofia Vassilieva Is a Celebrity Ambassador

After her starring role in My Sister’s Keeper, I’m not surprised to hear that Sofia Vassilieva has been named a celebrity ambassador for Stand Up for Cancer. It is nice to see that she seems interested in giving back through charities. Must be the awesome Patricia Arquette’s influence, huh?

I can’t wait to see how the movie turned out. I enjoyed the book, but, as all the Medium fans who followed my blog posts at Medium Dreams know, I am a big fan of Sofia Vassilieva because of her role as Ariel in Medium.

Sofia V. also found time to attend the 2009 MTV movie awards along with Abigail Breslin and Cameron Diaz to present an award for best female performance the other day. That is some dress, huh?
